Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gooner ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all edging activities and release.

2. Description of Service

gooner provides edge-as-a-service infrastructure including, but not limited to: edge deployment, session extension, retention optimization, and controlled release orchestration. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for premature release in production environments
  • Attempt to circumvent session-extension rate limits
  • Share edge credentials with unauthorized personnel
  • Deploy edge nodes in jurisdictions where edging is prohibited
  • Use automated tools to artificially inflate retention metrics

4. Service Level Agreement

Enterprise customers receive a 99.99% uptime SLA. We guarantee sustained availability. In the event of unplanned downtime, affected customers will receive service credits proportional to the duration of the outage. We do not go down easily.

5. Limitation of Liability

gooner shall not be liable for any accidental releases, premature completions, or unintended climaxes resulting from use of the Platform. Users acknowledge that edge computing involves inherent risks and that sustained sessions require proper configuration.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all active sessions will be gracefully wound down. There will be no abrupt endings.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE.
